SpaghettiniORGANIC durum wheat semolina pasta
Our pasta is produced with certified organic durum wheat and water from the Sibillini Mountains. We use bronze dies and we dry at an average temperature of 40°C, taking about 25 hours for short pasta and 40 hours for long pasta.
The Spaghettini have a diameter of 1,8mm and the length is variable because they are hung by hand for drying.
The cooking time is 6/7 minutes in plenty of salted water.
